WAY BETTER SNACKS REVIEW

Are you in a perpetual state of dilemma of fighting off calories while indulging in guilty pleasures?

Or if you're just like me, constantly looking for newer, healthier options to pig out?
Then look no further!

WAY BETTER SNACKS has hit our sunny shores!

You must be wondering how are these chips different from any other brands in the market?
Watch this entertaining video to find out! It'll only take you a min!

With Way Better Snacks, there's no trade-off, so you'd never have to feel guilty for pigging out again!

Here are just some of the benefits of sprouted – or germinated - seeds:
  •  Sprouting the seed increases its nutrients and the natural inhibitors that protect it from digestion are greatly reduced, or eliminated.
  • All of the plant proteins, oils, starches and vitamins are now bioavailable for human digestion, resulting in better nutritional absorption.
  • Sprouting is the natural way to increase the vitamin, mineral and lignan content of flax and stabilize the Omega-3 and other essential fatty acids.
  • By including sprouted ingredients like flaxseed, chia seeds, quinoa, black beans, broccoli seed and daikon radish seeds, Way Better Snacks® built a better tortilla chip.
  • In addition to the sprouted ingredients, the tortilla chips are also Certified Gluten Free, Non GMO, Certified 100% Whole Grain, Certified Kosher, and Low Sodium.
I love the vibrant and refined packaging, the size of the smaller packet ($4.50/156grams) is perfect for bringing to the office for light tea-breaks, late night snacking or picnics!

Taste wise, they've bought me over with Simply Sweet Chili. It wasn't my first choice because i can't handle spicy stuff but i changed my mind once i had my first chip! Absolutely crisp and crunchy and flavourful. Was barely spicy and tasted like our local Sweet Chili sauce so it was just right for me :)

Peeps with a heavier taste bud might find some of the flavours slightly bland but a few of my friends actually liked the taste of a natural/original flavour so they thoroughly enjoyed the Simply Sunny Multi-Grain and Simply Sweet Potato which were fragrant and just lightly salted.
Also, the tortilla chips didn't feel greasy or too heavily flavoured which is essentially, healthy for our body! I like mine with Salsa Dips for absolute indulgence heh.

The only downside is that the chips are quite costly and under-filled. I understand that organic stuff don't necessarily come cheap but i'm hoping more people would purchase them cos' it will not only lower their production costs (economies of scale), but it also means more chips for less costs for consumers :)

Here's where you can get some:

Real Food (one of the pioneers in organic vegetarian food cafe)
Group Therapy (a popular cafe in Singapore where i had brunch, loved their waffles!)
Mylifeinc.com (By Eu Yan Sang Group)
The Straits Wine Company (with multiple locations in Singapore)

Simply sprouted, simply delicious! Now do yourself a favour and go grab some!

Happy weekend loves!
